Coaches can stretch the season materials by focusing 2 weeks per character quality (ex. 2 weeks on Alertness, 2 Weeks on Courage, etc).
For ELEVATE, we've also created Overtime for 5 additional lessons. You can purchase Overtime by contacting email@example.com
What happens if my season is shorter than 10 weeks?
You can use as few or as many lessons as you'd like per season as it helps your team grow their Character and Competence each week. If you have leftover materials, you can use them for Season 2, 3 or 4.
I already use a character program or talk about having character in sports, how is this different?
Most coaches are doing something regarding the choices being made by their athletes. Responsibility and Respect are common things coaches speak about in regards to the game they're teaching and also to winning in life. If these resources help a coach inspire, correct or encourage a young person to learn and grow as a person, we've done our job.
We feel confident coaches using our materials will connect with the character qualities we've listed in the Playbook and they'll be able to effectively teach the value of strong character in sports and also in life.
